We are excited to be the first in the Twin Cities to offer TaijiFit approach to tai chi classes at our studio and onsite classes for employers. TaijiFit gets you flowing and soaking up the benefits of tai chi right away, without first needing to memorize a sequence or “form.” We also offer classes for intermediate and advanced students. If you know the Yang-style 24-posture form, that means YOU. We’re currently experimenting with tai chi sword and getting to know the 108-posture form. It’s awesome fun!
